A: Currently there are more than 5000 different types of products and we are constantly adding new products. Please visit our website regularly.
Q: Are your product measurements accurate?
A: Please note that all measurements on the website are approximate as most of our items are handmade and made from natural materials so will vary slightly in size and shape from the product in the photograph. Dimensions are shown in centimeters.
Q: Where are your products produced or sourced?
A: Our products are produced by talented artisans in Bali Indonesia with the emphasis on fair trade.
Q: Are the products displayed on the website ready in stock?
A: All products on the website are made to order.
Q: I found interesting products elsewhere, can you make or source them for me?
A: Yes, we can. Please email us the product details.
Q: Do you offer exclusivity and bespoke items?
A: We are happy to discuss bespoke and exclusive items that meet the production MOQs
Q: What is your minimum order value?
A: We have NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE and can supply in singles, pallets and containers. However, we highly recommend ordering a minimum volume of one full container of mixed items to save on shipping costs, except for consolidated shipments, due to the fact that shipping order with a volume of less than a full container is very expensive and not profitable for business!
Q: What is the minimum order for each item?
A: Some items can be ordered in single quantities and some of them have to be ordered in minimum quantities.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Production lead time varies according to the quantity and type of items ordered, and greatly of time of the year when order is placed. Production time for a full container order typically takes 45 to 70 days for most items, and about 14 to 30 days for small orders.
Q: What type of products do you sell?
A: We offer an extensive range of wholesale gifts, interior décor, home accessories and furniture at the lowest wholesale prices. Our product range includes, but not limited to wood carvings, figurine sculptures, Buddha items, masks, wall arts, nautical souvenirs, musical instruments, vases, lamps, natural photo albums, phot frames, molten glass on driftwood, mosaic handicrafts, mirrors, wind chimes, candle holders, kitchen ornaments, baskets, fashion accessories and much more that are Fair Trade and Ethically produced.
Q: What price terms do you offer?
A: Our price terms are available as FOB and EXW tailored to the needs of buyers.
Q: Do your prices include shipping and import duties?
A: Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the volume of your order whether it is in one full container or pallet. We will include estimated shipping costs in the quote.
PLEASE NOTE, you will bear import duties, taxes, destination local charges, etc. to clear your shipment. Your customs broker will give you details of how much and when you have to pay.
Q: Where do you export to?
A: We ship and export our products worldwide.
Q: How do I place an order?

A: Our payment method by Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer. We do not accept L/C payments.
